*Order once placed can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order and we promise you full refund against the cancellation.
*If order is cancelled after the dispatch of goods then entire shipping charges need to be born by the customer.
RETURN &EXCHANGE POLICY
Cancellation:
Return and Exchange:
* If customer wish to return purchased garment for exchange or refund of money then written intimidation should be sent within Seven days from date of receipt. If order is Customised, customer should mention reason for seeking exchange or refund of money.
* Customer must return the goods within seven days from date of receipt of materials along with original packaging and tag.
* Return of customised fit Garment would be entertained if same is received by customers in damage condition.
* In case the product tag is removed/ damaged, return policy will not be applicable for the same.
* If purchased garment does not fit you then we would be glad to make minor alterations as per your requirements at no extra cost.
*Such garment/garments will be considered as custom fit and further return and refund will not be applicable.
* Refund of money will be processed with in three days from date of receipt of material at our premises through original mode of payment. However credit to customer accounts will take place as per payment gateway norms.

Returns
*If you are unhappy with your product and you would like to return it you can do so within 14 days after purchase. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, tag intact and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Before you return your item please send us a quick email to notify us. There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If the product is in the same condition then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5-7 working days.
Exchanges:

Damaged/ defective items must be returned in the original condition (as you received it), along with the packet in which the item was delivered, you will receive free replacement of the order. We will arrange for an alternate product to be shipped back.
In case you are unable to find an alternate product immediately, we will then check and process a refund through same payment mode that you used while placing the order within 5-7 Business days after receipt of product in its original condition. The funds will be directly transferred back into your bank account and bank/service charges if any have to be fully borne by the client. Please note that processing the refund is completely at the sole discretion of NIRADI
In case the product tag is removed/ damaged, return policy will not be applicable for the same. Never send back an item without consulting with us.

Custom Made:
If the item was custom made for you when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive refund only if product is damaged or defective. Once return product is received we will issue the refund.
Cancellations:
At NIRADI, cancellation of an order is available only within 24 hours of placing the order, however, the buyer is eligible to exchange the product as per our Returns policy. The buyer will be responsible for the courier charges and any applicable customs and duties for both the returned shipment and the items we ship out in exchange.
